How do trials work?

When you sign up, you will receive a free 10-day trial, which should be enough time to play around with the application. You can add or remove as many artists as you want during this period. When your trial ends, you will be charged for the number of artists that you are still tracking. We’ll remind you before we charge your account so you can adjust your subscriptions accordingly.

How do I track more artists?

If you want to add more artists to your account, head to the tutorial.

Any extra artist subscriptions are paid-for monthly. You will be charged pro-rata for the month that you add the artist (e.g. if you add an artist two days before the end of the month you only pay for those two days).

How do I remove artists?

Head to the tutorial to find out how to remove an artist from your subscription. The change in your monthly bill will be reflected in the next months billing cycle.

I want to track lots of artists

My payment was rejected

Please make sure that your credit card details are correct and that the card has not expired. Please also check that your bank has not blocked the payment. We’ll try to debit your card again in a few days time. If your Musicmetric account eventually becomes disabled due to failed payments, don’t worry. We won’t delete any of your data, and you can access it again after re-activating the account.

When do I get charged?

At the end of your trial, we’ll charge your credit or debit card. After that we will charge you every month.

Can I pay by invoice?

If you want to set up an invoice account, please contact us at sales@musicmetric.com.

Can I get a monthly invoice?

We can send a monthly invoice by email.

I want to cancel my account

If you cancel your account, we will stop charging you after the next billing cycle. If you have any feedback on the application, we’d appreciate hearing your thoughts at feedback@musicmetric.com.

How do I use a promotion code?

You can enter special offers and promotion codes when you enter your credit card details during sign up.
